Ashoka Buildcon received an order of INR 258 Crs from South Western Railway

The South Western Railway has accepted Ashoka Buildcon’s bid for the project, which involves building a new BG Line as well as carrying out electrical and telecommunications work between the stations of Tolahunse and Bharmasagar. The project cost of the selected offer is Rs. 258.1 crore.

On the stock exchanges today, activity is humming for Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. shares, an S&P BSE SmallCap Company. Shares of Ashoka Buildcon were trading at Rs 83.95 per share as of 1:56 p.m., up 1.82% from the previous close. The S&P BSE Sensex frontline index is currently down by 0.17%.

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.’s share price increased as a result of an announcement the business made yesterday. According to the exchange filing, South Western Railway (SWR) has given the company a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the construction of a new BG line between chainages 1,92,000 and 1,71,640.
