Tejas Networks successfully demonstrates its indigenous 4G/5G Network

Tejas Networks announced that the business successfully demonstrated 4G/5G network and applications on an end-to-end domestic network, using its designed-and-made-in-India hardware and software products, in the presence of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) being held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Tejas Networks and its affiliate Saankhya Labs displayed a wide range of cutting-edge wireless and wireline solutions on the end-to-end network. Advanced 4G and 5G macro Radio Access Network (RAN) gear, broadcast radios, multi-terabit optical aggregation gear, and backbone gear were among them. All of this gear was controlled by a flexible, all-encompassing network management system.

The TJ1400 UCB, which integrates 4G/5G Radio RAN, fibre, and ultra-converged broadband, was also on show. The TJ1400 UCB, which integrates 4G/5G Radio RAN, fibre broadband access (GPON/XGSPON OLT), and packet-optical transport technologies on a single, space-saving shelf, was also on show. Several use cases of the 4G/5G network were shown, including video calling, Direct to Mobile (D2M) broadcasting, and e-learning.
