Max Ventures and Industries announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Max Estates, completed the acquisition of Acreage Builders’ remaining 2.39% equity share capital on February 2, 2023, for an enterprise value of Rs 322.50 crore. Acreage Builders has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company through Max Estates as a result of the acquisition, effective February 2, 2023.
