KP Energy has received order for development of 8.1 MW Hybrid Power Project in Gujrat

KP Energy has been given the go-ahead to establish an 8.1 MW hybrid power project in Gujarat for its captive customers Haq Steel and Metaliks. This project would consist of 8.1 MW of wind capacity and 6 MW of solar capacity. The Gujarat Hybrid Power Policy, 2018, further said that the project was expected for commissioning in 2018. The firm claimed that for its hybrid power project’s capacity for both wind and solar project, it supplied turnkey Balance of Plant (BoP) solutions that were best suited to the captive client. K.P. Energy’s core business activities include the construction of wind power projects’ balance of plants, associated services, and the production of energy using its own wind power generation assets.
