Axiscades Technologies has been given the go-ahead to acquire add solution, GMBH, a German company that specialises in providing automotive solutions to international OEMs. In addition to firm contracts with prestigious automotive OEMs, the proposed acquisition will give AXISCADES a strategic foothold in the automotive industry. Significant offshoring opportunities will result from this, and AXISCADES’ automotive business will grow both domestically and internationally. The same was considered and approved by the company’s board of directors at their meeting on November 9, 2022.
