The third wind-solar hybrid power plant has been put into operation in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan by Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL), the Adani Group’s renewable energy division.
This freshly inaugurated hybrid power plant has a 450 MW total operational generation capacity. The plant has 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with SECI at a cost of Rs 2.67/kwh. Modern technology was used to implement this new hybrid power plant, which consists of 420 MW of solar and 105 MW of wind plants. The biggest operational hybrid power generation capacity of 1,440 MW is presently held by Adani Green Energy thanks to this hybrid facility.
