Godrej Properties has purchased an 18.6-acre parcel of land in Kandivali, Mumbai. The project will have a developable potential of approximately 3.72 million square feet and a revenue potential of approximately 7,000 crore.
As stated by the company, the development will primarily consist of premium residential apartments with supporting retail spaces.
The land is strategically located in a prime location with easy access to the Western Express Highway, Metro, and Suburban Railway Stations. It provides access to a well-developed social and civic infrastructure, including numerous schools, health care facilities, shopping malls, and entertainment outlets.
