Suzlon Energy has received an order for its 3 MW product from First Energy 5 Private (First Energy), a Thermax Group company, for the construction of a 39 MW wind power project. 13 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower and a 3 MW rated capacity will be installed by Suzlon. The project, which will be in Tamil Nadu’s Tuticorin district, is scheduled to be finished in 2024.
This purchase is a component of First Energy 5’s 100 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid project.
Suzlon will comply with the terms of the agreement by providing the wind turbines (equipment supply) and managing the project, including its erection and commissioning. Additionally, Suzlon will offer complete post-commissioning operations and maintenance services.
