Sunflag Iron and Steel Company has signed long-term Power Delivery Agreements (PDA) with three solar power producers: ReNew Green (MHH One), ReNew Green (MHK Two), and ReNew Green (MHK Three) (MPR Three). Furthermore, the Company has executed Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreements (SSHA) with Renew Green Energy Solutions (Promoter) and the above Power Producer Companies for developing and operating renewable energy projects and delivering the power generated by its 71.34 MW solar photovoltaic projects to the Company for a period of 15 years, with the option to extend the term to 25 years.
