The subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International — Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V., the Netherlands, has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in SAS Autosystemtechnik GmbH, Germany, from Faurecia, a FORVIA Group company. The acquisition’s goal is to improve integration in the automotive supply chain, resulting in increased customer proximity and product diversification across customers, products, and geography, as well as increased exposure to electric vehicle programs.
