Adani Enterprises announced that RRPR Holding (RRPR), an indirect subsidiary of the Company and a member of the NDTV promoter/promoter group, has acquired a 27.26% equity stake in NDTV via inter-se transfer under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Vishvapradhan Commercial (an indirect subsidiary of the Company) owns 8.27% of NDTV, while RRPR owned 29.18% of NDTV prior to the current acquisition. Following the current acquisition, RRPR will own 56.45% of NDTV.
