NBCC bags an order worth INR 271 cr

An order for the design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the remaining works of the Amrapali corporate centre at tower J, sector-2, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, was given to the company for Rs 42.44 crore.
Additionally, the company received an order for special repair and upkeep of the civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as all related work, totaling Rs. 229.18 crore. This work was necessary because the Amrapali projects in Noida and Greater Noida lacked comprehensive maintenance.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, is the owner of NBCC (India), a central public sector organisation. The organisation is divided into three market-focused divisions with activities in both India and abroad: PMC (Project Management Consultancy), EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction), and RE (Real Estate)
