Mahindra & Mahindra to acquire balance stake in subsidiary – Mahindra Aerospace

Mahindra & Mahindra executed a share purchase agreement with other shareholders of Mahindra Aerospace (MAPL), a subsidiary of the company, on March 24, 2023. Upon completion of the transaction, the company’s shareholding in MAPL would increase from 91.59% to 100% of MAPL’s equity share capital. As a result, MAPL would become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
