KEC International, a company that specialises in infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction, reported that it has received new orders totaling 1,017 crore across all of its businesses.
A private developer in India has placed an order with the transmission and distribution (T&D) business of the RPG group company for a 765 kV transmission line. It has orders for residential and commercial projects in India under the civil business segment. Various types of cables will now be supplied by the company’s cable division to customers in India and abroad.

Our confidence in the expansion of the India T&D business is reaffirmed by the prestigious order in T&D from an established private developer, according to Vimal Kejriwal, MD and CEO of KEC International. “The civil business continues to be on a high growth trajectory and widens its presence by securing orders in the composite space (including civil, mechanical, and electrical works),” he continued.
KEC International is a major global infrastructure EPC player with operations in the pipelines for oil and gas, cables, railways, civil, urban infrastructure, solar, and smart infrastructure. The company is currently working on infrastructure projects in more than 30 nations, and it has operations in more than 110 nations (including EPC, tower and cable supply).
