We have been informed by ITC Infotech India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), that on February 3, 2023, they will incorporate a WOS in Malaysia under the name of ITC Infotech Malaysia SDN. BHD. (ITC Malaysia). As a result, as of that date, ITC Malaysia has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
