Godrej Properties has increased its stake in Wonder City Buildcon (WCBPL) and Godrej Home Constructions (GHCPL) equity share capital from 25.10% to 74%. As a result of the acquisition, WCBPL and GHCPL have become subsidiaries of the Company as of March 29, 2023. Existing shareholders acquire 5,45,82,762 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 48.90% of WCBPL’s paid-up equity share capital, while existing shareholders acquire 4,16,67,663 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 48.90% of GHCPL’s paid-up equity share capital.
