Ethos Limited has acquired a 100% stake in SILVERCITY BRANDS AG, a Swiss stock corporation with its registered office at Allerheiligenstrasse 30, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland. As a result, as of March 31, 2023, SILVERCITY BRANDS AG has become the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary body corporate.
