Elgi Equipments announced that Elgi Compressors USA Inc., USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into an operating agreement for the acquisition of 33.33% of the share capital of CS Industrial Services LLC, USA, a North Carolina limited liability company. CS Industrial Services LLC will be Elgi Compressors USA Inc’s exclusive dealer / distributor for the sale of ELGi branded compressors in the Western New York region.
