On March 3, 2023, EaseMyTrip.com signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP). Andhra Pradesh is a popular tourist destination, ranking third in terms of the number of tourists who visit. EaseMyTrip will undertake certain marketing initiatives for the promotion of tourism in the state under this agreement, which will span ATL/BTL/Digital mediums across India. EaseMyTrip’s promotions aim to increase inbound international tourism to the destination.
According to the terms of the MoU, GoAP will assist in obtaining necessary Permissions/ Approvals/ Clearances, etc., from its relevant departments via the single desk portal within the timeframes specified. The MoU will be in effect for three years and will be governed by Indian law, with any disagreements regarding the terms of the MoU being resolved exclusively by the courts in New Delhi.
