Carysil to acquire majority stake in UK-based The Tap Factory

Carysil announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Carysil UK, has agreed to acquire 70% of the equity shares of “The Tap Factory,” based in Yorkshire, UK, with an option to acquire the remaining 30% in two 15% tranches over the next two years. “The Tap Factory” creates and sources bathroom and kitchen products, which are then packaged and marketed to the industry. In recent years, the ‘TTFL’ has transitioned into more kitchen products, particularly Instant Boiling Water Taps, after initially selling OEM bathroom equipment to the distribution market.
