Bharti Airtel, a Telecom giant, announced on Tuesday the launch of its 5G services in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Rourkela of Odisha.
The Kalinga and Birsa Munda stadiums in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela, which are hosting the upcoming Men’s Hockey World Cup, respectively, are where the 5G services have been installed, according to the business.
Customers will be able to access Airtel 5G Plus services in phases as the business builds out its network and completes the roll-out. According to a statement made public, customers having devices that support the fifth-generation mobile system (5G) will have free access to the Airtel 5G Plus network until the roll-out is more broad.
Airtel promised to expand its network and make its services available throughout the state as soon as possible.
