Aster DM Healthcare Ltd, a health care chain with operations in the Gulf and India, announced that its subsidiary has acquired a 100% stake in Adiran IB Healthcare Private Limited. The acquisition will be completed by 31 January 2023, according to Dr. Ramesh Cardiac and Multispecialty Hospital Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare Limited. The purchase will cost Rs.1.6 crore. The transaction is for cash.
Adiran IB Healthcare Private Limited is a 50-bed hospital that is being added as part of a healthcare expansion. Aster DM Healthcare, a GCC and Indian healthcare service provider, recently signed a contract with Iraq’s Faruk Medical City to collaborate on capability development, academic, and professional training programmes for the country’s healthcare professionals.
