Advanced Enzyme Technologies has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Saiganesh Enzytech Solutions (SESPL) by subscribing to the private placement/preferential issue of 19,991,663 equity shares of SESPL for a total consideration of Rs. 5.99 crore.
SESPL’s primary business is the extraction of latex from papaya, as well as the purification and distribution of finished papain enzyme in liquid form (agriculture extraction of Papain enzyme).
