Bharat Petroleum receives approval from the MP state government for refinery expansion

Bharat Petroleum will invest 430 billion to 500 billion rupees in the two projects, with the petrochemical project set to begin production in fiscal year 2027-28. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, an Indian state-owned oil marketing company, announced on Friday that it had received approval from the Madhya Pradesh state government to expand its Bina refinery and establish a petrochemical project.
