Adani Enterprises revealed on Monday that the joint venture AdaniConnex had established DC Development Noida Two Limited (DCDNTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, to conduct IT services-related business. Additionally, the recently established subsidiary will work on projects for infrastructure development. The flagship company of the Adani Group touched a new 52-week high on the BSE before closing higher.
AdaniConnex incorporated DC Development Noida Two on December 16 with an initial authorised and paid-up share capital of one lakh each, according to the regulatory filing made today.
Data centres, information technology (IT), information technology enabled services (ITES), and cloud computing will be developed, operated, maintained, and dealt with by DCDNTL, which will also offer services related to these areas. Additionally, the subsidiary will carry out tasks related to building out its infrastructure, such as purchasing and developing land.
