The company received new orders totaling Rs 1,349 crore across its various businesses. With these orders, KEC’s year-to-date order intake has now surpassed Rs 13,000 crore, representing a 20 percent increase over last year.
KEC’s transmission and distribution (T&D) division has received orders for T&D projects in India, Saarc, the Middle East, and the United States. The company entered the expanding market of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) terminal stations. In India, the civil business has received orders for the construction of a data centre as well as infrastructural work in the hydrocarbon sector. Orders for various types of cables have been secured in India and abroad by the cable industry.
